Professional staff
Nice gym, good prices, the locker rooms are a little small but are nice. It's great to have a steam room to help loosen up and sweat a little bit. The weight room has everything I need and usually isn't too crowded... but I usually don't go at peak times so I can't speak to how crowded it gets around 5 or 6PM on week days. I think it would be cool if the Crossfit room was open to non-crossfit members when there aren't classes going on... or even if they allowed non-crossfit members to use the area for two days out of the week that could be cool too. I like the location of the gym, it's easy to get in and out of, has a big parking lot.
Great gym methodology
Great gym, great staff, great equipment. Just an awesome overall atmosphere. Definitely check this place out.

Great location
Beware of annual fee, it is charged 30 days after you sign up. When you think the cost will be $10/mo. after your initial $35 the first. month, you get slammed with additional $39 fee on top of the $10 2nd mo. Read the fine print!
