Membership is affordable, there is a good mix of equipment & classes and the facility is extremely clean. A special with my membership introduced me to a month of cross fit classes and by the end of that month, there was no looking back, I ABSOLUTELY love the cross fit classes! I thought cross fit was only for the already athletically fit but it is also for "beginners" who want to be fit too! What a great group of coaches! They are all extremely knowledable and encouraging and focus on teaching you everything you need to know. They offer modifications to any given movement to fit your abilities. Everyday is different and a challenge. You work out with a small group of people all with different fitness levels. Everyone is welcoming, encouraging and positive. I really could go on and on... if you are looking for a gym with a great vibe, with great coaches, where you will look forward to coming, look no further!
Never thought I would do crossfit... ever... I am 50 and definately need to be healthier and get in better shape. I had been working out at a different gym but needed a change of pace so decided to join fit factory. Even before I tried cross fit I was extremely happy with this gym!
