I would highly recommend this gym to anyone!
I love this gym! It is always very clean, and the people here are very friendly and helpful. The classes are also great, there is something for everyone.

Great gym. Joined in 2010 and have had nothing but good experiences. From the owner to the trainers to fellow members, everybody is friendly and welcoming. I"ve left Anytime Fitness twice over the years to join gyms closer to home or work. Never had a problem with closing my account and stopping the monthly membership fee. Both times though, I rejoined Kingston Anytime. I now drive past a YMCA, a Planet Fitness and another Anytime Fitness amongst other gyms and drive the extra distance for the atmosphere of Kingston. Worth the trip.
I've been going here for almost 7 years and really love it. The people have become like a family, staff is awesome, price is right. A few years ago they added classes which has been a great addition. It's nice to mix up your workout, and the instructors are really helpful and explain everything. Can I give it 6 stars?
