Awesome Crossfit box! I actually look forward to working out since I joined Kells! From Day 1 the other members and staff were extremely welcoming, this feeling of community is what really sets this gym apart. I love it here!
Love the community at kells! Wonderful people and a great atmosphere to work out at. I have grown so much in the past year of coming here, and couldn't imagine not being here at 7pm mon-fri!!
