Kristen our sales person was excellent. She knew our needs and worked with our budget. Service department is great and delt with Tom. He addressed my concerns and I left very happy. Pretty much everyone I encountered there from scheduling service to the shuttle driver. Love the waiting area too.
I've never experienced such amazing customer service! I would highly recommend this dealership! I went in for a routine oil change the day I was leaving for western MA and it turned out there was more work that needed to be done. Although they wouldn't have the part in time, Alex at customer service was extremely nice and made sure I had everything I needed! He put me right into a loaner and I was able to still go on my trip.
