My truck : 2015 , 1500 Denali, 20,000 Miles .

This is our third vehicle through Marty’s. Working with Don Barrett has always made leasing a seamless experience. He is pleasant, efficient and no pressure. The team of both Don and Ron Almeida make it all worth it!!

I recently stopped in to look at a Sierra crew cab special that they had. Sean was very laid back and extremely helpful. He explained everything and answered every question I had. I ended up with a great deal on both my new truck and my trade in and will definitely be referring people here.

I recently brought my Terrain for service. The repairs were performed well and with good pricing. The service team does nice work. It's complete, correct, and reasonably priced. I would recommend Marty's to anyone looking for quality service.

Everyone was courteous and professional. I felt comfortable knowing they were looking out for me and not pressuring me to purchase extras. I will be returning for more service in the future.

My name is Rita Coffey- I an unable to thank MARTY'S GMC More for going above and beyond the call of duty! Don Barrett and Kevin ( the GM) worked with us to make the difference. The quality of service, the time spent, the mind changing event and the Owner of the Company ( Christine) made the difference. As a woman, I have always felt that most of the Salesmen in the car industry seem to work well only with the men. In this case NOT TRUE! We were blessed to meet Don and would recommend him as well as MARTY'S GMC- They care and I don't see it often enough in our world. I am a GM in the Real Estate industry and Service is how you keep customers. I would say you all have exceeded my expectations and the most important part is Bob- my Hubby is so Happy with his purchase. He now has his DREAM TRUCK!!!

KEVIN THE MANAGER FORGETS TO MENTION BELOW THAT THEY NEVER FOLLOWED PROTOCOL WHEN I TOLD THEM THIS WAS A SAFETY ISSUE AND CHANGED PARTS "BEFORE" GM COULD INSPECT THE TRUCK.

Update - add recent visit of 11/27/2017

BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT !!!!! I've had multiple safety issues with my 55k Denali truck putting me off the road because of an electrical problem... this dealer ship went against GM protocol and changed multiple parts on my truck before GM could inspect my vehicle, I was driving down the high way approximately 12 months ago after picking my truck up from getting a new starter under warranty when my steering and all electrical components failed, I immediately called Marty's GMC from the side of the highway and told them about this issue and that the vehicle was unsafe to drive, I got the truck back to the shop and they diagnosed the problem as a electrical connector issue. I then picked up the truck and recently I was driving down the highway on my way home from work again when my truck suddenly lost all steering an electric's once again same problem and this time my vehicle went off the road and caused a lot of damage to my truck. I had the vehicle towed to Marty's and I explained the safety issue that I was very concerned I did not want to drive this truck, they told me I would have to contact GM regarding the damage and the issues. So I contacted GM and inform them of the safety issue they said they would inspect the truck and that no work should be done on the truck . Marty's however changed multiple wires on the truck ( Against protocol when there is a steering safety issue) before GM could inspect the problem. GM then informed me they could do nothing for me as Matty's we're not supposed to touch or replace any parts on the truck, now I have an unsafe damaged truck that I do not want to drive and put my family and others on the road at risk. I then went and informed Marty's I would like all service records as I would be pursuing this in the courts, Marty's then changed what they originally told me was the problem ( 2 Wiring loams that they changed) and they are now claiming because I had a none GM battery put in the truck that this caused the problem but yet I had the same problem 12 months ago when the original GM battery was in the truck !!!!! So what they are trying to say if your battery fails in your new trucks that your steering and all electrics will fail witch is nonsense !!!!! Moral of the story is that they should not have touched my truck so GM could figure out exactly what is going instead they made up FALSE diagnoses that the battery was the problem... IF THAT WAS THE CASE WHY CHANGE THE WHOLE WIRING SYSTEM FROM THE BATTERY??? they changed MULTIPLE WIRES , WITCH I HAVE POSTED PHOTOS ON MY YELP REVEIW , THE MANAGER IS A LIAR I HAVE PHOTOS AND ALL THE SERVICE RECORD WITCH I WILL ALSO POST PHOTOS OF ! AS I SAID BEFORE THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAPPENED IN 12 MONTHS BUT SOME HOW THE FIRST TIME WASNT THE BATTERY ! NOW I am left with a damaged truck that I refuse to drive due to safety, BEAWARE STAY AWAY , DISLOYAL LIARS.
