You cannot compare this location to any other Pizzeria Regina! This location is horrible! RUDE SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER. UNCOOKED PIZZA! I Threw the pizza away!

Great pizza and good employees. It's inside Independence Mall but there is curbside service by the movie theater entry if you call ahead.
The pizza is always great. But product aside, the wait time and rude employees take any value the product has and destroys it. Today I was at the mall with 6 kids. All needed lunch. I wanted a large cheese pizza. But they quoted a 25 minute wait time. I said ok, can I buy 8 slices and just pay the price for a large cheese. The guy said no. Cuz the sell by slice pizza is made for people looking to purchase on the spot while the whole pizza sale is by first come first serve basis. He proceeded to tell me he had customers before me that ordered the pizza ahead of time. I understand this to a point. I am in front of this guy with payment at the ready but he is going to reserve pizza for people who aren't in line, may not show up, and have not paid yet. Backwards business model if u ask me.
Ordered a large cheese pizza, half cheese, half pepperoni, sausage, pepper, onion, price jumped from $17 to $32!!! $15 for toppings on half a large pizza!!! Are you serious! Canceled order went to a normal pizza place!
