I really wish I hadn't ignored the reviews. I recently purchased a new home in Plymouth and the home is a fixer upper. I purchased all new appliances from Lowe's during one of their sales, and now I would give anything to return it all and buy it from a reputable company. Every appliance I purchased (refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, washer, dryer) have all been problematic. I realize they do not manufacture these items (which were all supposedly top of the line) but the problem comes when you try to get in touch with someone at Lowe's for a resolution, you end up on the phone getting transferred over and over again to an unanswered phone. Every time I got a live person, they took my number and was told "I'll have a manager call you back". This return phone call never happened on multiple occasions. My situations would take a long time to explain, and quite frankly, I'm tired of giving any more energy towards this company. All I have to say is, the difference between a big box store and a real appliance store is the level of service. Lowe's, you are garbage, and nobody you hire actually cares about customer service.

It use to be great. They decided to lay off all managers to save money. Let's just say the help there has become less than helpful. I avoid whenever possible now. And I remodeled my kitchen there. The then dept. Manager was awesome, always remembered your name. She was there 13 years, gone. Was there looking at flooring for my son a week ago and the man got up
I came in looking for tiles for my bearded dragon terrarium. I had 3 lovely associates helping me and they took their time to help me find the right tiles for my pet. I couldn’t have asked for better help. They were extremely patient and understanding. Thanks so much!
Went to buy an exterior door. Would have spent up to $4,000. Another couple were already there. They had called for someone to come to the dept. We both waited 17 mins. No one ever showed. I guess Lowe's doesn't want to sell windows or doors.
