They carry materials that you cannot find at the big box stores (e.g., mahogany decking), and they offer great advice on home repair projects.
Good products, excellent service. I ordered lumber for a garage loft and they only sent one 2x10x24. I thought I had ordered four. I'm not sure if it was my mistake or theirs, but they took responsibility and sent the other three without an additional delivery charge. The product was all good quality, the customer service was excellent, delivery was prompt and driver was careful. The emailed receipts are handy. Even though I'm not a contractor, and it must have been a small order for them, they treated me with respect and gave me all the time I needed. I'll never go anywhere else.
