I am so happy I found Extra Space Storage with all the stress from moving signing up with ESS was stress less and I felt like I just joined a family! Jim could not have been more accommodating and friendly...the best part is how clean the place and storage unit is and how easy access. Thank you for making one part of my move easy!!!
When I called the 800 number, the woman was extremely pleasant and informative. It was such a relief to speak with someone willing to do their best to help you. It was the same way when I went into ExtraSpace Storage in Kingston. It couldn’t be more conveniently located off of Route 3. The Manager was very accommodating, professional, helpful and a pleasure to do business with. It’s clean and safe. It’s definitely the place to go for storage space!!

I had such a great experience with extra space. I had driven all the way across the country at a time of upheaval and transition and didn’t know what to do with my belongings nor how to even unload my truck. Jim showed me tremendous kindness, helped me find movers, got me a cup of coffee, made me laugh, and sat down and talked to me like a new neighbor welcoming me into the community. I would highly recommend this facility. He’s a kind soul.
