When we arrived the toilet was dirty. The toilet seat was dirty. The toilet appeared as if someone had thrown up on it, the vomit dried, and had been wiped very quickly with a dry cloth or possibly not at all. Only staying one night so I can handle hovering over it, but that level of cleanliness in the bathroom is not ok. The hot water in the shower was room temperature at best. I get that you don't want guests scalded, but it was barely warm at the hottest setting. Everything else looks decent enough. Has a good TV in the room.

Place was really nice. Great comfortable beds. Front desk employees were really nice and helpful. Very friendly . Price is good and location is close to downtown Plymouth almost Down street you can site see.They also have a restaurant up the hill Cancun's very tasty. We would come back again .
Super nice room! Almost everything was just right. Breakfast dining area has only three tables. Very small. No room for me.
