Galaxy Cleaners lost a very expensive sweater. Three months later, 6 visits, and 3 phone calls, I have still not been contacted by the owner of reimbursed for the sweater. I would not recommend this dry cleaner!! I understand that things get lost but I don't understand the lack of perfessionalism to take care of the situration (even a call)!
