I got my glasses last year even I went back two times to explain it makes me dizzy visions distorted I was sent back and told that will take time to adjust. I called before going second time, it was just the end of the time that I could return etc even I explained my case on the phone, I am told I had to make an appointment to get checked etc so my time end. Now I got a follow up call from them for appointment, I explained again and I am told I will have to pay if I see the doctor. I can not drive with this glasses even mainly I needed for and still using my old broken lens glasses that is so much better driving. They were running specials that time and all this is because they did very cheap service, it was like they were giving away free stuff but I paid hundreds since have no coverage and have no more space for another one.
I have been going to Lens Crafters for over a decade. Obie, Cathy, and Allen are superb- excellent customer service.
