I called the number to ask about a store pick up, I explained I needed to get it today for a birthday gift and the store pick up wouldn't be available for two more days. The person on the phone asked me if I thought the person receiving that birthday gift should just get it late. It was weird. She wouldn't give her name, she wouldn't help me find another coat in stock in the store. She said she couldn't transfer my call. She said the costs were not usually in the store, they were mostly online exclusives.
