Terrible. Only word to use. Their manager was caught touching trash and the floor and resuming to get food, WITHOUT gloves. A customer pointed it out and he locked the doors to remake our food. Orders usually wrong, sometimes not even wrapped correctly so they are falling out in bag. Rude and uncaring staff. McBees should be ashamed.
Waited for 15 minutes for my order and was told they were out of buretos then had to wait another 15 minutes for an egg McMuffin,boy are they slow.
If you've seen one then you've seen them all but the staff and service seem better at this location.
Used to be a great location now sucks! Was told at 7:30 PM on Sunday night not enough fries to make more than a large fry (ended up being enough to get a large and happy meal size). Fries were cold and yucky! At first kid didn't get a toy. She went up and asked a toy and got the freebe activity book meant to keep kids busy while waiting. Went up and was upset so they gave her an older toy. Are now telling people (at 8 PM) they will sub hash browns for fries!!! Lovely!!!!! Wouldn't even give it one star but had to give it something, wish 1/2 star was an option!!!!!!
I was there on Friday, 12/23/17, around 9:30, the place was filthy, including the bathroom. The service was so slow, even though there were a few customers. The person at the register looked like she just walked in from the street.
