I am absolutely appalled at the fact that I have waited over 7 weeks for the management to still not get the prizes that I requested. I spend a lot of time and money in their arcade in order to get over 250k in tickets and the fact that that does not even phase the management shows just how much they care about their customers. I have asked an absurd amount of times to see what is taking so long and why is the process so difficult. The owner walked right past me on one of their half price Tuesdays and didn’t even give me a glance after the arcade manager Sue has asked him to get the prizes multiple times. I have unfortunately come to write this review based off of that as well as the fact that the employees children run around the place like no tomorrow and they have upped the price of all their games to the point that they are not worth playing even on the half price Tuesday which I would go to consistently until now.
We had a great time here celebrating with a large group on a Friday night. Great band!!! Awesome service! Tons of games. Plenty of space. Dance floor. Full bars. Just overall an awesome time. Easy access- tons of parking.
Great place to to watch the Patriots and the food here are awesome and the service is great.
Great place to hang for a night out!! Awesome atmosphere!! Fantastic drinks and food. Our waiter Adam was so attentive and made it a night to remember. Adam in the arcade was also extremely helpful. Will definitely be going back!!
I attended the Living Color concert last night. From my audience perspective, Pinz did a wonderful job hosting the event and managing the production. Good job guys.
