Just went there. Was told they have no regular pretzels. It was ridiculous seeing as that's their main selling point. Poorly run.
Delicious pretzel with extra sour cream and onion powder goodness when we asked. Friendly and fast service.
I bought a small drink with my debit card, which by the way the drink was terrible, a few days later I checked my banks withdrawl history and it says that they charged me $16.00, I tried to call the number listed online and there was no response.
Stopped in at 11:15 and was told they "werent open" and to come back in 5 minutes. Came back at 11:30 and they didn't have anything cooked and asked me to come back in 8 minutes. Came back at 11:50 and the ONLY thing they had ready to be sold was a single hot dog pretzel. The girl said she "didn't know" what time they opened. Disgusted with the service.
